TVA CU Text Message and other SCAM ALERTS

If you have received a text message or email from TVA EFC, TVAA CU, TVA Creeedit, or other variations, notifying you that your account has been hacked or compromised and asking you to respond with your account information to an enclosed number, DO NOT respond, DO NOT give your debit or credit card information, DO NOT reply with your account number. This is a SCAM! The safest action you can take is to immediately delete this text or email. Your credit union, regardless of which one(s) you belong to, will never send an email or text asking you for your account information, social security number, password or PIN.
